Change Management (Finance & IT)
One of our major client is urgently looking for a fluent Swedish & English Speaking Change Management (Finance & IT) for a rolling contract in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Change Management (Finance & IT) will have the following experience:
* Good knowledge in banking and financial industry
* Very good knowledge of the financial system its market and opportunities today and beyond
* Broad and deep knowledge of the market and its product, including trends and development
* Knowledge in banking and insurance regulations
* System and Supplier independence
* Good knowledge in IT and its processes
* Experience in Managing IT Movement focussing on information provision
* Information gathering and zero state analysis
* Understand dependencies and relationships for both systems and process
* Capture overall needs and shortcomings
* Create structured and detailed road back - Target image in 3-5 years
* Provide a decision base for next phase
* Recommend future priorities and projects
* Relevant education in Finance
Role: Change Management (Finance & IT)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Language: Fluent in Swedish & English
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
