Description

Our client requires a can-do, delivery focussed, hands-on Change Manager to join a change team delivering an ERP solution to the Sites. Working in a demanding fast paced environment where flexibility is key, you will need to be a strong communicator who works well in a small team and can engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and users across the organisation.

Primary activities

  • Support the Target Operating Model (TOM) exercise, mainly roles and responsibilities

  • Implement the roles and responsibilities in Organisational Design

  • Manage the communications plan

  • Stakeholder analysis and engagement

  • Support the project Change Lead and other change team members in all aspects of change pre, at, and post Go Live, especially in change impact, business readiness, super user mobilisation, change agent's mobilisation

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP system implementation, Target Operating Model and Organisational Design (roles and responsibilities) is required

  • 5 years change management experience

  • Advanced written skills

  • Valid driving licence

  • Office base in Maple Cross with travelling across South East and South West
