An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join an innovation organisation to plan and deliver an exciting large scale event.
You, the marketing and Events Coordinator will help organise stakeholders and third parties as well as third party business to take part in trials, showcases and event entertainment (engagement sessions, Q&A's, school competitions etc). You will have a strong marketing background and be able to demonstrate where you have organised large high profile events.
You will be tasked with liaising with the various media outlets and be highly organised and calm under pressure. You will have demonstrable experience of organising and delivering large scale events with the ability to work to tight timelines.
It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of designing event spaces, planning multiple events at once and working with media.. ideally TV crews.
