Description:
- Support Unit- and Team-Leads in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, agility of internal Sourcing processes and elevating the Sourcing organization
- Lead IT-Sourcing projects and negotiations for the Unit Contract + IT Sourcing Management in the area of IT-outsourcing, SaaS, cloud and other IT enterprise agreements
- Create strategies to efficiently manage unit workload, ensuring priorities are aligned with the demands of other Units/ stakeholders
- Ensure end to end contractual implementation (Service delivery, Controlling, Ordering, Charging, Billing etc.) of contracts
- Creation of complex business cases, ad-hoc analysis and regular reports in Excel (e.g. Pivot) and related senior management presentations in PowerPoint
Skills:
- experience with IT Sourcing projects
- experience with process management
- experience with negotiations of IT enterprise agreements
- very good Power Point Skills
