My client is a dynamic company growing their offices and strategic functions across the Switzerland. Now they are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to closely collaborate with managers across the business.This company has always been at the forefront of technology advancements, lately focusing on the aviation space. As a trusted partner you will plan, coordinate, and implement HR activities for assigned teams across the business. You will act as the strategic Partner responsible for advancements in recruitment space, Talent Development Processes and close collaboration with operational HR team.
Essential skills for this Senior HR Business Partner role in Zurich:
- Relevant education (Swiss law certifications, HR or Business Administration Degree),
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner role,
- Background from Industrial / Engineering company
- Knowledge of SAP (strong asset),
- German, English fluent.
