Description
IS/IT Project Manager with GXP / strong Planisware knowledge wanted for our Lausanne based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- Master degree or equivalent with specialization in IT or information systems along with 5+ years' work experience in managing complex IT projects preferably within the pharma industry
- Strong understanding of the of application components and the translation into functional and technical requirements coupled with solid knowledge of the covered business domain
- Outstanding project management skills (PMP Certification is a plus) including experience in managing projects with use of and adherence to structured methodology
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment together with an analytical and problem-solving work approach
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and delivering of IS/IT projects including definition of project scope and goals, tasks and resource requirements
- Developing full scale project plans, managing project budget, resource allocation and risks and issues
- Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools, performing project reviews and providing direction and support to project team
- Implementing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs as well as identifying project dependencies and critical path
- Ensuring the validation of GxP systems is executed in coherence with the project plan beside cooperating with business stakeholders, sponsors and other IS/IT departments in order to ensure that are considered at all times
