Description
I am currently looking for a Communications Lead to join a financial services company and be based in Norwich (with the opportunity to work a couple of days from London or possibly from home). The right candidate will be responsible for managing the communications strategy and delivery of a large scale IT transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the programme communications strategy
- Develop and implement the communications plan
- Develop an understanding of the programme and the impact this has on colleagues and programme activity
- Manage the delivery of communications
- Create and deliver engaging communications
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme
Essential skills:
- Experience of developing and delivering change communications
- A strong background in internal communications, with the ability to deliver some external communications to third parties
- The ability to work in a fast-paced change environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- The ability to work in a fast paced change environment
- Experience within financial services or an IT transformation programme would be advantageous but not essential
