Scrum Master / Agile Coach Software-Development (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Live for the Agile Manifesto and establish and ensure agile development processes together with the teams
- Continuously improve the established processes
- Address impediments for the teams and obtain solutions within the organization
- Organizational and social management of software development teams
- Promote the members to achieve their operational tasks in alignment of the goals
- Participate in the conception, implementation, documentation and testing of software solutions
- Coordinate together with the management on a regular base in Leipzig/Germany
- Conduct the Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Retrospective…)
- Coach “agile mindset” to the Scrum team
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in the coaching of sophisticated software development teams
- Expert knowledge of agile software development methods, particular SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe
- Good overview of software development based on Microsoft .NET, C # and state-of-the-art web technologies
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Strong analytical thinking, as well as structured and solution-oriented work method
- Fluency in English and German
