A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join them on a short term contract in London. The role requires previous recruitment experience and knowledge of HR processes and tools. Prior experience of providing HR or Resourcing support would be highly beneficial.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent resourcing and resource coordination experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and tools
- Intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of developing reports and reporting tools, able to effectively analyse data produced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with HR databases eg SAP HR and Recruitment portals (BrassRing)
- Prior experience of providing HR or Resourcing support to a team
