E-commerce Analyst x2 (Barcelona or Prague).
We are currently recruiting for 2x Ecommerce analysts/Business analysts (ideally in B2B but not necessary) to assist with daily support/enhancement and possibly project activities. 5 years' + experience is essential as the analysts would need to come in, learn quickly and have enough background E-commerce knowledge to understand the core activities and make a difference. Fluent English speaking is essential. The successful candidates can be based in Barcelona or Prague.
The Ecommerce Analyst will:
- Work closely with the respective Engagement, Development, Operations and Project Management teams in defining key vendor solutions within E-business process.
- Take ownership for delivery of new features and ensure they meet Business requirements.
- Attain the specialist knowledge to deliver the right configuration and development of solutions within the eBusiness area.
- Ensure compliance (legal, tax & security) considerations are made as appropriate for the situation
- Primary focus to ensure the customer and internal sales team facing web tools are meeting Business needs, while ensuring maximized synergy with other solutions.
- Provide clear analysis of daily issues impacting Business processes and provide recommendations for their resolution.
- Aid the definition of Business requirements and provide the Functional specification for solutions required.
- Maintain platform functional knowledge and competence, to act as expert point of contact for the rest of the company
- Understand and contribute to the definition of processes with Business.
- Ensure that technical requirements (Performance, Stability, Maintainability, Compatibility) are addressed in the application design
- Align on any relevant design proposal with all stakeholders
- Drive the full software development life cycle from requirements analysis through handover to production for Enhancement and Support activities including:
- Accountable for Requirements Specification and Design (high and low level) of new enhancement
- Support Development team during Construction and unit test
- Coordinate the E2E Functional and technical testing of the solution with resources from different teams
- Takeover of application into the internal testing. Participate in the internal testing. Prepare and review Test cases and Acceptance criteria with Business.
- Handover of applications and systems to Users and Business Groups
- Provide training material and organise training for Users
- Close cooperation with the Project manager to ensure delivery of the project on time, on budget and with the requested quality.
- Drive change into business
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support either directly or through appointed support teams to aid solving of issues.
- Documenting the E-business platform functionality
- Coaching of other TD staff and knowledge transfer
