Client Service Analyst (Asset Management) required by large Investment Bank, based in London to provide direct client service support to high profile internal and external clients, investment managers and central support teams to ensure timely and error free processing of and facilitate the resolution of problems related to complex events.
You will have recent Financial/Banking environment experience coupled with the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of asset servicing and global custody operational processes and systems
- Investment management experience and the key part of this role is the relationship building and the skills to build those relationships.
- Candidates who come from a custody background or from a custodian, but a larger firm would be preferred.
- Experience in Trades and Cash, reconciliation.
- Top 3 Skills; customer service/relationships skills, professionalism/accuracy, team player
- Microsoft office
- IMC/IAQ's would be beneficial but a necessity, no other qualifications are required.
- Proficiency in research skills
- Proficiency in communication skills
