Compliance Manager- InsuranceMy client work within the Insurance sector focussed on Health Insurance. You will ideally have worked in a Risk Management, Compliance or Audit role previously within the Insurance Sector.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment
- Proven experience of managing and developing staff
- Experience of working in a Risk Management, Compliance or Audit role
- CII qualification or equivalent (ideal)
- Demonstrated experience of data and statistical analysis to predict and interpret trends
- Experience running a monitoring/audit programme
- Knowledge of health insurance market desirable
