I am currently working on a great job opportunity with a client of mine in ZURICH. They are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team on permanent basis.Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse regulatory and financial information
- Support financial and regulatory reporting in a multi-GAAP setting
- Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies, data standards and process requirements
- Work on constantly improving processes and standards
- Participate in various projects (accounting and regulatory, as well as reporting infrastructure change projects)
- Manage different ad-hoc request from various senior stakeholders
- Work together with other finance teams globally
Your background
- University or similar degree in finance or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial reporting and/or regulatory reporting
- Previous experience working in a bank/financial services/audit/consulting
- Very good experience working with IFRS, US GAAP and Swiss GAAP
- Previous experience working with Basel III would be of advantage
- IT Skills: MS Office and SAP
- Fluent English speaker, German of advantage
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset
