Customer Service Specialist wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Know-how of operational support
- Experience with Customer Service, client focus, order entry as well as ERP/CRM
- Familiar with diverse technology platforms that partners and customers interact with to access products and services
- Ability to create and modify KPI content that is consistent with KCS standards
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting customers in all aspects of purchasing products, including order entry, invoicing, delivering as well as documenting customer interaction and developing positive customer relations
- Performing a variety of pre-sales or post-sales services, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Providing hands-on training, creating effective content; execute readiness call activities and delivering webinars externally and internally
- Ensuring service within agreed upon Service Level Agreements with internal and external customers
- Proposing solutions and efficiencies to management to resolve customer issues as well as performing onboarding for internal and external parties related to operational policy and process
- Generating reports for internal and external customers as well as reviewing of all terms and conditions including price according to existing customer protocol with close follow up to ensure timely delivery
