Description
Status Reporting Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' experience in communications and reporting
- Several years of experience in working at a Project Management Office of a global program
- Expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Outstanding proficiency in preparing presentations for top management and executive committees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: native English speaker
Your tasks:
- Conducting project management of main PMO communications decks, derived actions and follow-ups, etc.
- Developing and executing progress reporting including timelines for handling materials and program communications plans
- Supporting the PMO lead by administering project control tasks and analysing key performance indicators of the project
- Coordinating status review meetings across programs and workstreams and providing inputs and dashboards to the STRIDE progress report
- Inspecting the development of key communications deliverables and recording relevant risks, actions and changes
- Collaborating with the stakeholders of a large scale matrix organization initiative to align communications plans
