SAP SuccessFactor Project Manager / Leader - This is a long term contract opportuntiy to join a global organisation based in Lausanne.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in the area of Performance, Succession and Development as well as Competency Management, Variable Pay, Recruitment or Onboarding
- At least one Employee Central Wide Implementation in the role of Solutions Architect
- Certification in SuccessFactors Platform, Foundational Data and Employee Central
- Certification or experience with SF Workforce Analytics or Workforce Planning would be an asset
- Competency of Project Management Methodologies in addition to knowledge of latest functionalities, best practices and configuration lifecycle
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Educating and guiding colleagues on SuccessFactors technology and methodology as well as networking and influencing within SuccessFactors eco-system
- Presenting technical topics to non-technical audience as well as merging different methodologies
- Documenting, planning and meeting deadlines in delivering high quality output as well as adapting according to changing priorities
- Cooperating with stakeholders, troubleshooting along with Release Management and Data Migration
