UX Research Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience / skills:
  • BA/BS Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or Social Sciences
  • Any previous working experience in user research, preferably in the software development environment
  • Deep understanding of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize time between multiple projects, and being flexible by adapting to quickly changing schedules and different projects
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus


Your tasks:
  • Recruiting research participant candidates drawn from enrollees coming from the public program, customer lists, and employee referrals
  • Scrutinizing study specifications and planned assessments to ensure quality data is gathered from the right people
  • Screening candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews
  • Coordinating the logistics of user research, including participant scheduling, facility scheduling, and distribution of incentives
