Description
UX Research Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience / skills:
- BA/BS Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or Social Sciences
- Any previous working experience in user research, preferably in the software development environment
- Deep understanding of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
- Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize time between multiple projects, and being flexible by adapting to quickly changing schedules and different projects
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Recruiting research participant candidates drawn from enrollees coming from the public program, customer lists, and employee referrals
- Scrutinizing study specifications and planned assessments to ensure quality data is gathered from the right people
- Screening candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews
- Coordinating the logistics of user research, including participant scheduling, facility scheduling, and distribution of incentives
