Description
Cost Code Administrator with profound JD Edwards and SAP knowledge wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Degree in commercial apprentice, Business School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' working experience in administration in an international environment
- Strong background in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Profound knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French and German are a plus
Your tasks:
- Maintaining Custom Pak master files via Diner Program and being responsible for 3rd-party price administration
- Setting up global master data for all Custom Paks into JD Edwards including supplier price and intercompany transfer prices
- Calculating and managing input of Intercompany transfer price requests in JDE and SAP/OPEX
- Collecting supplier prices for all products as well as related approvals from the management
- Opening and maintaining master data files such as cost of goods sold, unit of measure and transfer price
- Providing price list for distributors and export markets as well as supporting various projects related to finance and supply chain
