My client located in the centre of Brussels is currently seeking a ITSM Specialist and PMO
Role
My client is seeking a ITSM specialist and PMO support for a large transition and transformation within their organisation. The program concerns the ITSM tools and its integration.
You will bring added value to the team in order to make suggestions for improvements and communicate about their ITSM tool.
Required
- Proven experience working with ITIL performance and capacity management
- Advance Excel
- Experience with ITSM tools
- You should be a flexible proactive person who can communicate well.
- Must have strong relationship skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French.
