Oracle Migration Change Manager : Oracle/SAP/ERP/Risk/Audit/Banking/ German.

Role Purpose: Our client is looking for Oracle Migration Change Manager who will be responsible to replace SAP general ledger and will have to migrate to the Oracle ERP Cloud solution. This migration will impact several important processes in the legal entity in a substantial way. The P2P procurement and project handling process will have to be redesigned.

Tasks and Responsibilties:
-Local project administration tasks in Switzerland
-Support the local P2P team in supporting the migration to the new Oracle solution: the current procurement and project administration process will have to be adapted to the new target operating model
-Support the local P2P team in training and education
-Support all local cost heads in the business in adapting the new processes
-Compile analyses and ad hoc reports for internal support functions (i.e. Risk, Audit, etc.)
-Close working relationship with the technical IT teams and other project resources
-Process optimisation of data processing.

Must Have Requirements:
-Must have atleast 2 -3 years of experience working with project management, financial reporting or finance accounting.
-Very good experience working in Banking Domain.
-Must have good experience working with administration skills
-Must have very good knowledge on Procurement process .
-Sound technical skills as Oracle power user.

Education:
-Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field.

Languages:
-Fluent in English (Writtern & Oral).
-Fluent in German
