For our client located in Essen, we are currently looking for 2 HR Business Partners

Start: 15.6.2018

Duration: 5 month

Volume: fulltime

Project situation

In the HR department, the current HR Business Partners have to take care of new activities/ responsibilities. Therefore, the client is seeking 2 experienced HR Business Partners until the positions are refilled with permanent employees again to support the current workload.

Responsibilities

- Customer centric support for Line Manager with regard to their People Leadership role, strategic HR advisory, organizational change processes, talent identification, succession and development planning

- Coordination of collaboration with relevant co-determination bodies.

- Continuous support in transforming HR according to the HR TOM.

- Alignment at the interface between business unit and GR CoCs/BSC. -Solution minded efficient and pragmatic alignment of processes and issues within the Group wide HR Business Partner Community as well as with Line Managers abroad,

- Support of Group wide HR initiative, e.g. Diversity program, impact of demography, etc. - Advise Line Managers in principle of labour law and co-determination

- Steer and support standard HR processes across units, e.g. Recruiting.

-Support cross-department, cross-region, cross-unit HR projects

Qualifications:

- University diploma or equivalent

- sound relevant experience in at least two HR subject areas

- relevant knowledge of labour law and rules of co-determination

- solid understanding of business and the industry

- proven knowledge of HR organizations, processes, systems and guidelines

- highly professional communication skills

- flexibility for ad-hoc requests

- experience in working abroad /internationally

- some experience in project management

- proactive attitude, coupled with ability to focus and prioritize in high workload periods

- robust understanding and discipline about processes and activity splits, e.g. between functional units and regional units.

- very good MS Office skills -fluency in English
