Project Overview

As a middle office, the 10 people team offer and provide a wide range of support and service functions to FrontKey Responsibilities

General advice and support concerning:
  • Inquiries regarding completion of forms, rejections an pending items
  • Advice on setting up complex CIF and account structures
  • Information on CIF configurations, instructions, and modifications - mailing instructions
  • Information about account, ATC, and fee structures
  • Information about account closing statements
  • Support with booking regulations
  • Urgent openings of profit/loss accounts
  • Information about fund savings plan


Must Have:
  • Completed basic banking education, Matura or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with bank customers Master data (booking instructions, address instructions, account openings, account statements)
  • Effective oral communication skills in German, French and English; additional knowledge in Italian is a plus
