IT Application Analyst - Application Support Consultant - Wigan
Arnold Ash have been retained to identify an IT Application Analyst. As part of a business separation programme, a number of projects are inflight to implement new IT systems in both the Finance and HR/Payroll functions. Due to a personnel change there is an urgent requirement for someone to start immediately, join the project teams and take on the IT specific project activities.
The portfolio of projects covers new systems for:
- Finance, procurement and expenses
- Payroll, HR and Time and Attendance
- Employee absence management
- Facility access control
- Recruitment portal
This role will suit an IT Application Analyst with experience working on the implementation or support of finance and people systems.
The Application Support Consultant will be responsible for:
- Delivering any IT tasks
- Documenting the technical solution
- Working with the Infosec team to ensure the correct governance and compliance is in place
- Ensuring effective transition into a live service, including support processes and documentation
- Working with relevant IT partners to address any technical issues
