SAS Modelling Analyst - Financial Services Project - Birmingham and London - £500/day
My client is a well-known Analytics Consultancy based in Central London have a project in Birmingham. There will be travel between the two sites however travel expenses will be paid. Following the acquisition of a new high-level client they are looking to bring experience SAS Modelling Analysts in to supplement their existing work-force. Within their consultancy offering the provide analytical services to financial services companies to help them with analytics solutions from Customer Spending Analytics, Risk Management and Back End Data Management.
You will get the opportunity to work on a brand new project alongside some very strong analysts, working under a project leader who has an excellent reputation in the market. This assignment will require a strong level of technical expertise as well as client facing activities as well as building solutions and solving problems using a broad range of analytics techniques.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience of working with SAS (SAS Base)
- Have experience of working within Financial services preferably within Credit Cards, Loans or POS Retail solutions
- Experience of propensity modelling
- Be able to analyse internal data to help build performance metric calculations
- The ability to work directly with external stakeholders to develop and deliver analytical solutions
- Develop reporting solutions, integrate with current reporting infrastructures and apply commercial acumen to aid your client.
