Description
Currently seeking a number of Operations Administrators, to fulfil a contractual requirement for my client based at their offices in Crawley, West Sussex, due to commence ASAP and continue for an initial duration of 6 months with view for possible further extension.
Please find a breakdown of information for this role as per the below:
- Lead and manage the operations administrative tasks
- Administration reporting and leading the implementation as agreed engagements/businesses
- Ensuring all delivered capabilities drive value and are performing to the agreed quality standard
- Ensure that SLAs/Quality are set for standard activities and maintained in accordance with SLAs
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills including dealing with a diverse range of people
- Performance driven and can work to and consistently achieve targets
- Ability to confidently take ownership of workload
- Excellent analytical and good attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure the appropriate closure checks are made
- Ability to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to close complaints and improve customer experience
Knowledge:
- Proven track record in a Customer Complaint environment
- Relevant general banking experience internal or externally
