Description

Currently seeking a number of Operations Administrators, to fulfil a contractual requirement for my client based at their offices in Crawley, West Sussex, due to commence ASAP and continue for an initial duration of 6 months with view for possible further extension.

Please find a breakdown of information for this role as per the below:

  • Lead and manage the operations administrative tasks
  • Administration reporting and leading the implementation as agreed engagements/businesses
  • Ensuring all delivered capabilities drive value and are performing to the agreed quality standard
  • Ensure that SLAs/Quality are set for standard activities and maintained in accordance with SLAs

Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills including dealing with a diverse range of people
  • Performance driven and can work to and consistently achieve targets
  • Ability to confidently take ownership of workload
  • Excellent analytical and good attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure the appropriate closure checks are made
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to close complaints and improve customer experience

Knowledge:

  • Proven track record in a Customer Complaint environment
  • Relevant general banking experience internal or externally
