Description
The role will focus on the leadership of individual KYC processors and empowering and growing the capabilities of the Leeds management team. Working with the Head of Delivery, contribute to and execute on process improvements and operational discipline plans to maximise performance.
Experience Needed

- Experience in data analysis, dashboard and report preparation
- Reference data management knowledge

- Ability to produce MI and analyse trends

Responsibilities
Day to day;
- Work closely with team leads and management team to provide analysis as required to support their roles
- Production of detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management information reporting to client contacts and the KYC Management team
- Production of ad-hoc reports as and when required by the client and team leads
- Formalising reports produced to ensure consistency of data and presentation

- Fluent in Excel analysis and formulas
- Fluent in Excel VBA
- Fluent in Access
- Dedicated to ensuring the function is running in the best way possible
- Easily able to plan and forecast
- Able to liaise with Multi-Site teams
