Wellness Project Coordinator

Description:

  • This position requires the skills of a well-seasoned project management professional.

  • This individual will be responsible for translating wellness program utilization data into meaningful Business Intelligence for our customers.

  • The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication and soft skills to manage working with a demanding Wellness Sales team.

  • This individual will manage the implementation and processing of reports and extracts.

  • This role also requires a strong project management background, with extensive reliance on business management skills.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end accountability for planning, creation and tracking of wellness program reporting deliverables for high-priority customers

  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of Project Management methodology, skills and tools

  • Manage multiple projects and streams of work simultaneously

  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of a risk management processes

  • Directs the development of client deliverables, including technical specifications, to enable population measurement and wellness program evaluation

  • Ensure extracts and reports are delivered within scope, schedule, quality and are consistent with customer expectations

  • Develops and maintains data remediation processes

  • Develops and maintains complex report schedules

  • Develops and maintains report and extract templates

  • Applies the rigor of continuous process improvement to existing technologies and processes to improve report the scalability and quality of reports and extracts

  • Proactively records workflows, deliverables, and standing operating procedures for projects

  • Develops and maintains quality management procedures to ensure accuracy of project data, results, and written reports

  • Stays abreast of enterprise-wide projects impacting high-profile customers

    Top Daily responsibilities:

  • Report Schedule Tracking and Management

  • Report Quality Control

  • Matching data lists to create member communication.

  • Managing customer expectations

    Requirements:

  • HS/GED required, Bachelors preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience required

  • Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills and ability to work within a team.

  • MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project

  • Project Management skills

  • Reporting Analyst skills

  • Ability to work in a complex work environment and demanding customers

  • Ability to navigate different personalities and negotiate with demanding customers.
