My client a leading bank is looking for a compliance manager to join there retail banking arm around conduct risk the role is
To provide regulatory support to the bank for business responsible for products including bank accounts and overdrafts, credit cards and loans, and cash savings and foreign exchange services. To ensure that the banks business conducts its activities in accordance with regulatory and HSBC Group standards.

Rate: £300 a day
Length: 6 months
Location Cheshire
KNOWLEDGE
A good knowledge of the FCA Handbooks, Payment Services Regs, Consumer Credit Act and/or Lending Standards
EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing guidance to management within a compliance function.
SKILLS
Well-developed negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Able to analyse complex legislation and regulations.
Excellent negotiation skills and building effective stakeholder relationships.
