Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead:
Have you got the following skills and experience?
The ideal professional would be a senior Functional SAP Supply Chain Professional in the area of SAP SD/MM in order to give advice to the rest members of the teams on certain decisions when needed.
The professional will not be as involved as the other team members on details on the solution and details discussion on requirements and assessments, but she/he would be more focus on planning activities according to the design phases of the project, giving structure to the team and ensuring all deliverables are met on time by all team members.
Main activities would be:
- Awareness of forward view project activities (PMO) and facilitate planning alignments.
- Assess the impact of cross functional activities and define alignment strategy with other stakeholders
- Define resource requirements to match the overall planning and the detailed activity plan - Ensures unforeseen circumstances are dealt with to avoid impacting timelines and deliverables as much as possible - Helps the team put in place mitigation plans where required
- Leads by example in transparent communication with regards to potential deviations from the project demands
- Ensures the team is clear on what their responsibilities and priorities are at any given time of the project
- Ensure critical cross-functional team communication takes place where needed (shared objects and/or processes)
- The team rely on the Supply Chain Lead to lead the way and support in any roadblocks
- Supports the team on any (unreasonable) demands coming from the customer or any other party
- Supports the team to maintain the template and challenge new requirements when not critical or high relevant.
- Supports and coaches the team in the execution of the assigned tasks
Your profile:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Modules like SAP SD/MM (Functional knowledge)
- Strong Leadership/Coordination Skills
Project Duration: 12 months to start with - this is on contract basis
Rate: Euros please let me know what you want
Start date: now or maximum 2 months
Location: Holland
Amount of hours: 40 hours a week
Remote work: 1 day a week from home
