Scrum Master - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: DUTCH and/or FRENCH with ENGLISH.
Skills and Experience:
- Mandatory Agile experience as a Scrum Master in a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence environment.
- Experience with other Agile frameworks & methodologies like XP, Kanban, & DAD.
- Experience with SAFe.
- Knowledge or experience with successful Agile practices like TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery,
- or others.
- Responsible for organising, facilitating, and coaching team members in the Scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup,
- Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning.
Description of work:
- Organise the Scrum rituals
- Coach the team in self-organising and achieving the sprint planning.
- Assist the product owner with the management of the team backlog.
- Contribute to the introduction of agile concepts in the organisation.
