Method Trainer - London - 12 Months
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Method trainer to join a Transformation Induction Programme with a leading UK Bank.
The Role:
Upskill all colleagues new to the Transformation Division
Working with internal experts and external vendors to build a sustainable best in class learning experience.
Develop the content for the Transformation method training in partnership with the method team
Own prep for training delivery
Deliver face to face training at least 3 times per week
Review feedback from training course to use to continually adapt and improve training
Seek to continually ensure training content is up-to-date with industry standards
Essential Experience:
Proven track record in delivering high quality training
Knowledge of OKR measurement approach
Evidence of extensive experience of using agile delivery
Charismatic and engaging speaker
Preferable to have experience outside of financial services and possibly with Tech companies or startups
Additional information about the process
Travel will be required to other sites around the country. This will include Edinburgh and Yorkshire.
Interviews will consist of a face to face interview and also a training presentation.
