We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Consultant to join our vibrant and energetic team. The successful CRM Marketing Consultant will be responsible for planning and supporting the execution of Direct Marketing campaign, aimed at customers of a partnered retail store. The ideal CRM Marketing Consultant will have experience reporting and drawing conclusions from campaigns as the campaigns will be Test and Learn campaigns. The ideal CRM Marketing Consultant will have excellent relationship building skills as this role will consist of a partnership dynamic. This will be a partner facing role so building professional relationships is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and support the execution of a database marketing programme using multiple channels to increase acquisition of pet owners
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop pet targeting strategies to support campaign growth
- CRM planning
- Interpreting data and turning insight into action
- Partner facing experience
