Description

A leading Financial Services organisation based in Leeds are looking for a Reward Specialist to play a critical role in their People Programme Office providing all job evaluation and reward analytical support to the group.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Conduct all job evaluation and associated duties using HAY methodology for their People Programme Office.
  • Provide full Reward & Benefits support to the People Programme office.
  • Assist in the development of effective reward communications associated with PPO.
  • Delivery of MI on a monthly basis, churning data, identifying patterns/trends and working with the PPO/Reward Leads/HRBP's to development business insights on the basis of the data.
  • Undertake pay and reward projects as directed, researching current practices, reviewing appropriateness of current practices and policies and recommending changes if needed.
  • Link into Centres of Excellence, HR generalists and Colleague Services in relation to reward data held on system
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and best practice

The Knowledge & Skills you'll have:

To be successful in the role you'll need to have:

  • An accreditation/experience in Hay Methodology with recent experience of carrying out high volumes for job evaluation.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced excel skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to constructively challenge at all levels within an organisation
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain technical job evaluation and reward analysis to non-technical colleagues and those with limited reward exposure
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and commercially focussed organisation, Financial Services is ideal but other sectors will be considered
