One of the Largest Financial Services Organisation are looking for a Employee Relations Specialist to join their Group Head office during their Demerger.
As a Employee Relations Specialist you will be working on a unique project dealing with very complex ER issues across the business. You will be responsible for the management of all employee relation issues including, guiding managers through processes in line with policy and procedures, attending meetings, drafting all relevant letters and communications, engaging with union representatives where appropriate and relevant.
A Employee Relation Specialist will have the following experience:
- Strong employee relations experience including knowledge of TUPE
- Strong experience in managing relationship with unions
- Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced environment
