Description

One of the leading clients is currently seeking for a IT Service Coordinator/Lead to work on a 12 month rolling contract in Warsaw, Poland.

As a IT Service Coordinator, you will be required to be skilled within the following:

  • Fluent knowledge of Polish Language
  • Experience in LifeSciences/Pharma or Healthcare IT sector will be a plus
  • Prior experience with Java/.NET Development or Level 3 Support would be beneficial
  • Proactive approach towards the managed area
  • Risk Management
  • Maintaining JIRA project (workflows, roles, fix versions, task types etc), maintaining HP SM workgroups (members, Bank Holidays calendars), making sure the Wiki is being updated and enhanced with new knowledge items, maintaining Webform, RADA groups management, access to stash, fisheye, bamboo, communicating with PaaS regarding set up/decommission sandbox for new/leaving developers
  • Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the service
  • Communication with service leaders (ie: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers, Support Lead, Lead Developer)
  • Responsible for the ongoing adaptation processes to organization needs
  • Responsible to set the on-call shifts for upcoming holidays
  • Ensuring transfer of knowledge within the team so all team members are able to perform service tasks
  • Ensuring that knowledge is appropriately documented
  • Ensures process adherence in respective area and initiates corrective actions
  • Ensures that tasks performed by the team are in compliance with organization procedures
