Description
Oliver Marks Consulting are assisting a major Colchester based client to secure a Project Accountant on a 6 month basis.
To be considered for the role you will need to show in-depth experience of the following tasks;
- Solid project skills
- Year-end experience
- Strong process and financial control
- Stock accounting experience
- Assist the SMA with making sure all areas of the inventory system are compliant
- Attend a selection of stock takes with the stock project team
- Liaise with the SMA & stock project team to compile end to end inventory documentation manual
- Assist management accounts team with monthly management accounts up to gross margin
- Assist management accounts team with development reporting projects
- Support financial accounts & management accounts team with year-end reconciliations and audit files
- Key support on the ERP implementation project team in the new financial year (including testing and parallel runs)
- Key support in creating documented finance SOP's
