Supply Chain Analyst (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Develop and manage performance measures and analytics to generate business insights, allow operational efficiency and optimal decision making
- Provide timely, consistent and aligned communications to key stakeholders across PT
- On the group's operational performance and strategic KPIs summaries
- Coordinate the budget process with Supply Managers, Supply Planning and Finance
- Continuously optimize and improve existing management reporting processes and tools,
- Propose effective solutions meeting stakeholders' needs
- Oversee department internal controls to manage risk and ensure compliance with
- Finance and legal requirements
- Lead or/and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
Main qualifications
- University or related degree in Economics/ Business Administation/ Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification
- Ability to manage complex set of information, summarize and convey business information to stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and flair for figures and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP R/3 user BW - an advantage; Independent self-starter and proactive
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with different organizations and stakeholders (Supply Chain, Business, Finance/IT)
