Service Continuity Specialist
Marlin Green are currently searching for a Service Continuity Specialist for one of our global customers in Prague.
The (SC) Service Continuity Specialist maintains, develops and designs the IT Service Continuity/
Disaster Recovery Framework and Crisis Management processes to ensure alignment and integration with other business processes, primarily with the Availability Management, the Business Continuity Management and Incident Management processes.
Required experience:
Experience in technical environments; including technical background on Data Center networks.
Experience in the IT Service Continuity Management (ITIL) process & the ITIL framework.
Previous accomplishments include designing, developing and implementing IT Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Planning initiatives, which includes:
- Developing & implementing, analysing and revising policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing Service Continuity (SC)/Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning policies, procedures and processes
- Developing & implementing, ensuring compliance and executing Disaster Recovery Plans
- Planning, coordinating & conducting Disaster Recovery Exercises
- Conducting and assessing Business Impact Analysis and Requirements gathering
Certifications: ITIL, Business Continuity, Service Continuity, CBCP, CBCI, EDRP, ISO 22301 CBCM, GISP, CISM, CRISC, CISSP etc...
