Senior Research & Insights Executive (All Levels)
We are currently partnering with an exciting, and forward-thinking Research Consultancy who are growing rapidly due to increased client wins and new business. Therefore, we are seeking a number of Research & Insights Executives to join the growing internal teams. We are happy to consider candidates at varying levels of experience - from Graduate to Senior Executives.
Role & Responsibilities
*Research Projects - responsibility for the management of Research projects, coordinating all stages of the process from project commission to successful completion
*Delivering Research projects and initiatives on time, to budget and in line with client expectations
*Creating first drafts of research materials associated with the study - Questionnaire design, data specifications, presentations and workshops
*Ensuring all research materials are effectively checked and managed
*Supporting the auditing of project directories to ensure the correct project documentation is being completed to ISO quality standards
*Creating insightful and impactful findings through in-depth analysis and research
*Presenting results to clients in F2F debrief meetings
*Support the Sales team in their pitch processes and contribute to developing key accounts through proactive account management
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience working as a Research Executive, with demonstrable experience in achieving high levels of insights from projects undertaken
*Ability to manage and enhance client and supplier relationships
*Experience of a variety of ad-hoc research methodologies - CATI, CAWI etc
*Impeccable analytical skills
*Ability to interpret numerical data
*SPSS, Q or other similar software skills
*Strong communication skills and the ability to demonstrate this both verbally and written
