Product Manager - Mortgages
The Customer Management Team within Mortgage Products manages the development of products, policies and customer journeys for existing mortgage customers. This role forms part of the Segments Management within Customer Management, with a strong focus on supporting Interest Only customers to ensure that they are in a positive position at the end of their term.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the delivery of Mortgage propositions. This will include analysing trends, customer behavior and existing propositions to develop strategic product solutions and customer contact strategies.
Specific objectives could include:
- Develop a new product proposition for customers reaching the end of their Interest Only term
- Implement a compelling personalised communications strategy for specific segments of the Interest Only book
- Introduce a full outbound dialling strategy for high risk segments of the Interest Only book
- Design, shape and successfully deliver customer and business propositions to tight timescales
- Ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities that would set us apart from the competition via innovative solutions
- Have the capability to analyse multiple data sources and information to support strategic decision making.
- Have the ability to build and implement both strategic and lower level project plans.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with other business areas to plan, execute and deliver the best result for the business.
- Ability to draw upon internal and external expertise to ensure solutions are robust.
- Provide clear story-boards and facilitate decision making through presentation of analysis and options.
- Ability to present and confidently communicate your proposals/options with clear rationale to Directors and Senior Management, backed by thorough analysis.
- Deliver a broad perspective on business problems that naturally balance customer, colleague, risk and financial impacts.
- Be part of a wider team to shape more customer centric propositions and direction for the Group
