I have been tasked to identify an experience Problem & Incident Manager to join a Global client based in Antwerp for a rolling 6 month contract.

Unit/Division

The Tandem of Incident & Problem Coordinators within the Support Unit is responsible for the design and - in accordance with this - also the execution of the incident, service request and problem handling, the management of these processes from an ITIL and COBIT framework, the communication from ITS to internal and external customers and business-relational.

Your job package consists of:

-Coordinating the entire process of incident and service request handling within ITS and associated escalation lines and complaints procedures;

-Monitoring the quality of this service;

-Analysing and optimizing various processes that ensure the optimal coordination between the department and the needs of the business;

-Implementing process improvements from ITIL and COBIT insights, including directing and motivating those involved;

-Taking care of the communication regarding incidents and problems from ITS to internal and external customers and ensuring business relation.

Your Profile

We expect you to:

-A higher education in computer science;

-Has several years of relevant business experience in a similar position;

-Strong organizational ability (technically unnecessary)

-Very strong process oriented;

-A fluent communicator who can communicate both orally and in writing in French and English;

-Have knowledge of ITIL and COBIT; Certifying ITIL is a plus;

-Have experience with project-based work; knowledge of a project methodology is a plus;

-Service and quality-oriented;

-A stress-resistant team player who can think analytically and is strong in planning and organizing.
