Description
Customer Service Specialist wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Business Administration with background in export, commercial apprenticeship or business school with further education in project management and export
- 5+ years' working experience in international customer service, order processing and trading operations with high level of responsibility as well as working as a project manager for process evolution projects and coordinating systems
- Competency of time management, Account Management as well as ability to manage, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, export specialists, production planners, customers, country CFOs, marketing, RA and APL
- Expertise in LC and Tender order flows a well as excellent know-how in Outlook, Word, Excel and experienced in using ERP system, such as SAP, AS400 and Oracle
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French or German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Being the contact point for customers, suppliers, distribution centers, plants, banks, Area Managers, Controllers as well as forwarders
- Being in charge of order handling for assigned countries from receipt of order till final invoicing in order to secure smooth order processing, the preparation and issue of offers and quotations for assigned countries
- Managing Letters of Credits and Documentary collections
- Providing training for new employees and acting as CS SPOC for LC handling
- Handling customer complaints as well as maintaining blocked orders, delivery dates, backorders and making sure to keep customer informed at all times
