Next Ventures is currently looking for a SAP Change and communications manager for a role based in Amsterdam.
Scope:
The Client is responsible for the technical standards and guidelines of cross-functional solutions like ERP, MDM and BI applications. Next to that, they will be managing a whole portfolio of projects and programs to develop new, implement, rollout and adapt the cross-functional solutions in cooperation with the related functional area
Description:
The primary responsibility of the Change and Communications (C&C) Lead is to help the organisation prepare for and adopt new realities brought about by Global programmes and initiatives. These might concern new technologies, business systems, processes and/or organisation structure, roles or culture. The C&C Lead is part of the CoE Business Enablement team and will be allocated to project(s) or programme(s) within the Business Enablement domain.
Within a programme, the C&C Lead is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that:
- create awareness of the change
- maximise buy-in for the change
- manage and mitigate the impact of change plans on employees and organisation
- Minimise resistance to increase the benefit realisation and value creation and maximise employee awareness and adoption.
The C&C Lead need to take the lead in creating the necessary communication products like event planning, narrow-casting, newsletters.
The change management strategies and plans align and support the timelines and deliverables of the programme team. The C&C Lead will collaborate closely with the functional owner (programme team/leaders in GIS and local Opco's) that is responsible for implementing the change. The C&C Lead will design and deploy change management tools and strategies such as impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications and training.
The C&C-lead is involved with stakeholder-analysis, impact-analysis of the change (mainly HR-related) and trusted-advisor for IT-manager.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in change management or change related areas.
- Experience in complex organisational change.
- Familiarity with programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme life cycle.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
- Critical business expertise and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
- Well-developed organisational sensitivity; experience with senior management.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal in English.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organisation. Able to spar and challenge on senior level.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Can-do and Hands-on attitude

Languages: English (Dutch is a bonus but not mandatory)

Duration: 6 months
Rate: €market rate per day
