Interim Manager - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH or DUTCH.
Skills and Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in managing a production team.
- Have experience in consultation with an outsourcing partner.
- Able to optimize production processes (eg incident & problem management, monitoring).
- Know how to prepare a release and how changes are brought into production.
- Flexible and accessible outside office hours in the event of an incident in production.
- Can define the KPIs that elicit the desired behavior within the production team.
- Can communicate clearly with top management.
- Can motivate people to give the best of themselves on a daily basis.
