A well known FS company is urgently seeking multiple Senior Finance Managers based in Bristol on a high profile Finance Transformation Programme on a long-term project.
This is an exciting opportunity for a long term project.
To be successful you must have the following experience:
- Finance Management experience in Investment Management in Insurance
- Investment accounting and/or investment operations experience
- Management of the day-to-day accounting such as cash flow, financial reporting, etc
- OTC Collateral Management and Stock Lending processing in a broker/dealer, commercial bank or asset/fund management environment
- Understanding of portfolio valuations and related collateral movements to manage exposure
- In depth exposure to collateral - cash, government bonds, corporate bonds, asset backed securities and equities
- Experience of implementing new collateral/lending agreements - ISDA CSAs, GMSLAs etc
- Previous experience in a Third Party administrator or Oversight role
- Knowledge of credit risk and collateral controls
- Product management in investment accounting
- Financial reporting experience
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Life insurance experience
