IT Project Manager - Digital Marketing/Pharma/Basel - 20%Description:
For one of our client we are looking for an IT Project Manager who coordinates, manages everything and works together with the SME team to execute upon the campaign orchestration and content dissemination project pilot, which involves a clear understanding of what the PM role is, along with understanding of the context of a digital to local campaign orchestration and content related challenges.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor will work with a cross functional team: Global: Digital Excellence, Global Digital IT
- S/he will also work with a broad range of functions: Compliance, Legal, IT, Marketing, Digital
- Responsible to support project management related activities in a context of a digital project
- Responsible to create the necessary related documentation in line with the Project Management Methodology
- Responsible to support project scheduling
- Coordinate interviews scheduling and meetings/workshops between teams
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management
- Digital marketing knowledge (general knowledge in the context of IT)
- Knowledge of the regions set-up and experience working with regions (very important)
- Experience in working with GDIT (Global Digital IT Team) or Digital Excellence
- Great customer focus (global-brand teams/region)
- Great communication skills to ensure the right level of communication in a cross-functional and diversified environment (geographies and functions)
- Good leadership skills and able to work under pressure
Education:
- Bachelor or master's Degree in the field of Pharma Informatics or Engineering or equivalent qualification
Languages:
- English - fluent written / spoken
- German -Nice to have
