Mentmore are currently supporting a leading airline who are seeking a Solution Architect with extensive experience in Information Technology area. The organisation are undergoing a large scale digital transformation and need a Solution Architect who has come from a development background with specific experience within the flight/travel industry.
Key responsibilities:

Craft solutions and govern the solutions as they are being deployed into the organisation.

Ensure that the solution design meet the technology strategy of the business

High Level design & Low level design

Lead the development of architectures for complex systems

Produce detailed component specifications and translate these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.

Develop fast and aligned IT Architecture Solutions that meet customer requirements.

Develop Information, application and technology architectures for assigned projects with Enterprise Architecture standards.

Work together with the Senior Technical Engineers in the Software Engineering team to ensure design and implementation are in line with the proposed architecture definition.

Collaborate closely with the Principal Architects to ensure alignment of Information, Application and Technology architecture to the overall architecture principles, framework and guidelines.

Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs of the company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.
Experience required:
-
5+ years Solution Architecture experience

Excellent knowledge of architecture frameworks and Enterprise Architecture

Information Technology, Infrastructure 5+ years

Good understanding of Architecture and design artifacts (ArchiMate, UML models ect.

Extensive experience Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and security controls.

4+ years' experience in Salesforce or CRM application

Airline/Travel industry exposure
-
Willing to travel (average 25%)
- Must have: Experience as a Contact Center solutions architect, well versed in multi-channel technologies and telephony platforms (eg AVAYA, GENESYS) with an emphasis on holistic integration of these technologies with CRM solutions (eg SALESFORCE, Oracle).
