Description
A Federal Government Department in Canberra is seeking the services of an experienced SAP ARIBA Solution Architect.
Contract period: Aug 2018 to 30 June 2019 (with 2*12 months possible extension options)
The services will include and not be limited to:
- Leading the implementation of end-to-end Ariba Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and Supplier Risk modules;
- Undertaking complex interface integration activities including defect analysis and resolution;
- Translating business requirements into IT solutions which align to strategy, standards and industry best practice;
- Evaluating, advising and implementing business critical continuous improvements needed to meet compliance and business requirements;
- Leading and participating in Scrum meetings;
- Supporting the Department project manager and delivery manager with creation of work packages;
- Coaching and mentoring project team members and Departmental staff.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience
- Demonstrated experience developing mobile apps using a variety of programming languages and using their relevant Integrated Development Environments (IDE) for:
- 5+ years' experience in a professional SAP Ariba solution architect role or Senior Ariba consultant or similar technical integration lead role.
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in the following:
- Extensive SAP Ariba implementation experience including at least 2 full end-to end project life cycles;
- Detailed knowledge of enterprise SAP ERP solutions, in particular SAP material management and/or SAP finance more broadly.
- Extensive industry experience in SAP Ariba Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and Supplier Risk modules covering:
. SAP Ariba On-Demand solution suite's architecture;
. Federated process control realm concept;
. Ariba data migration;
. SAP Ariba integration tools, methods & their application;
. Master & transactional data integration with SAP Ariba;
. SAP Ariba data configuration, data standards, and conversions;
. SAP Ariba Source to Pay modules functionality, configuration, templates and data flows;
. SAP Ariba environment management & testing;
. SAP Ariba release management & testing;
. Ariba Network & related components configuration;
. Ariba invoice & tax configuration;
. Ariba Supplier Network and supplier enablement;
. Prior experience working in Agile based projects;
The client requires the applicants to hold Australian Citizenship and Baseline Clearance for this role.
