Job description
For a large end customer within retail, we are looking for a Change manager with experience within ERP. Here, preference is given to a candidate with SAP experience in large projects.
The change that will take place will take place within the retail organization and will >affect 250 stores. The SAP implementation will be implemented from purchase to cash register system. In this transition, a change manager will have to ensure that all processes are properly supervised and supported.
Necessary
5+ years of ERP experience - preferably SAP
5+ years of experience in leading large-scale, multinational, technology-driven initiatives for organizational change management
Skills
Stakeholder analysis and management
Leadership analysis and action plans
Leadership relationship development
Impact analysis
Training strategy, plan, needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation
KPIs and dashboards
Strong communicator in Dutch and English
