ServiceNow Business Analyst - Copenhagen - 10 Weeks + Extension
My client is a boutique Service Management consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for an engagement with their client based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This will be an initial 10 week engagement with a very high likelihood of extension upon completion of the assessment stage.
The right profile will be a team player with the following experience:
2 years of ServiceNow experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect
Be a strong functional minded person with excellent knowledge of ITIL frameworks and process. (v3 certified would be great but not essential.)
Specific module knowledge of the core ITSM suite is key.
Have strong experience with data analysis and systems testing
The ability to gather business requirements
Experience translating technical specifications to functional documents that can be interpreted by stakeholders and end user customers as well.
Any ServiceNow accreditations would be a bonus but are not essential.
